Javier Milei officially became president of Argentina on the 10th of December 2023. His inaugural speech was held at the congress in Buenos Aires, in front of a square packed with supporters. He announced a set of economical and social reforms that dramatically cut governmental spendings and put the middle and lower classes on the verge of poverty. 

I was there that day and documented the rally, which went on peacefully for the whole morning.
